Shipping:

KnifePro™ Cutlery generally ships via UPS and we do not offera standard shipping rate. Shipping costs are calculated using the actual UPS rate table that is based on weight and destination. KnifePro™ Cutlery cannot ship to Post Office Boxes at this time.

All orders are packaged with care. However, should your order arrive in damaged condition or is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we can correct the situation as quickly as possible. In most cases, we will arrange to have the merchandise picked up via UPS Call Tag and a replacement promptly sent.

Shop with confidence - you may return merchandise that is unused and in it’s original packaging up to 30 days of original receipt.

The following policies apply to all returns:

  • Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
  • Returns without the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded at the current selling price

To return an item, please follow these instructions:

  • Complete the Return Form included in the package shipped from KnifeProCutlery.com. In the appropriate box on the Return Form, indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as replacement, refund or exchange for item of equal or lesser value.
  • Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise.
  • If you do not have your original invoice, please include a letter with your returned merchandise that includes the following information:
    • Your name
    • Address
    • Phone number
    • Order number
    • Item name/description
    • Reason for return (If item is damaged during shipment sure to note that in this section of the return form.
    • Action to be taken (replacement, refund or exchange for item of equal or lesser value)

For your protection, please return all items via an insured shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that returned merchandise arrives at KnifeProCutlery.com in a satisfactory condition.

Shipping charges are not refundable except in the case of damaged merchandise. New shipping charges will be billed for exchange order.

Return Policy FAQs

How long will it take to process the refund?

KnifeProCutlery.com will refund your payment within 7 days of receiving the returned items.

Exchanges will be processed with in 7 days. You will receive an email confirming the shipment of the exchanged merchandise. The email will contain your new tracking number and an estimated date of arrival.

If you do not receive an email within 14 days confirming the shipment of the exchanged merchandise, please call 1-888-KnifePro (564-3377)

I received my order, but the items were damaged. What do I do?

Damaged items will be exchanged at no cost. Please send an email to CustomerCare@KnifeProCutlery.com immediately upon receiving the damaged item. In your email, please include the following information:

Your Name
Your Address
Order Number
List of damaged item(s)

Can I return or exchange any item I purchase on your site?

You may return all unopened/unused items within 30 days of receipt of the package. Damaged items may be exchanged for a new item. The customer must notify KnifeProcutlery.com of the damage within 2 days/48 hours of receiving the package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

KnifeProCutlery.com does ship internationally. Customer assumes responsibility for all customs regulations and any and all duties that may be assessed. KnifePro™ Cutlery has no way of determining whether duty will be assessed by the importing country. Customers should contact their local Customs office for more information.

Sales Tax:

KnifePro™ Cutlery is registered to collect sales tax for New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Sales tax will be charged on orders from customers residing in these States.

KnifeProCutlery.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you wish to pay by other method of payment, please contact us for more information.
